Green Masala Paste

This paste is a magnificent combination of fresh herbs and aromatic, freshly ground whole spices. We start with mint and coriander, ginger and garlic and mulch in some soaked feungreek seeds. After adding only freshly ground cloves and cardamom seed we add turmeric, chilli and salt to give it some kick! Cooked slowly in a blend of olive and sesame oil, this paste will open your senses. Enjoy this paste with a wide variety of white meats, seafood or vegetables
